RUN FOR UNITY

On the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, KV Tirumalagiri conducted a Run for Unity and a special assembly to commemorate the occasion. These events aimed to honor the contributions of Sardar Patel and promote the message of national integration and unity among students.

1. Run for Unity:

Purpose: The Run for Unity was organized to symbolize the unity of India, reflecting Sardar Patel’s role in integrating the princely states post-independence.

Participants: Students, teachers, and staff of KV Tirumalagiri participated in the run, spreading the message of national solidarity.

Route: The route of the run typically covers a significant distance around the school premises, with students carrying banners promoting the theme of unity.


2. Special Assembly:

Tributes to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel: The assembly began with a tribute to Sardar Patel, highlighting his life, leadership, and his key role in uniting India.

Speeches: Teachers and students gave speeches reflecting on Sardar Patel’s contributions, emphasizing the importance of Rashtriya Ekta Diwas (National Unity Day).

Patriotic Songs and Skits: The students performed patriotic songs and skits showcasing the importance of unity, national integrity, and how Patel’s efforts shaped modern India.

Pledge for Unity: The assembly concluded with a unity pledge taken by all participants, reaffirming their commitment to maintain the unity and integrity of the country.


These activities aimed at fostering a sense of national pride and unity in students, inspiring them to contribute to the welfare of the country, much like Sardar Patel envisioned.

  PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya Tirumalgiri 62nd KVS FOUNDATION DAY CELEBRATION 14th December 2024 (Second Saturday) The 62nd KVS Foundation Day at PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya Tirumalgiri will begin with the arrival of distinguished guests, followed by a Guard of Honour by the NCC and Bharat Scouts and Guides. After the opening, the school will sing the KVS Song , and the welcome address will be delivered by Mrs. Sai Padma, Head Mistress of KVT.
